The Marina's Head Chef

Your classically trained chef Luke Hart crafts the menus from an abundance of fresh local produce that his many years experience make the very most of. A local lad from Torbay, Luke has work in the area most of his life with stints at local restaurants including the Waterside Bistro in Totnes, The Royal Castle in Dartmouth and The Grand Hotel in Torquay itself. Luke also worked in Spain gaining valuable experience before settling back in his home town of Torquay.
Firmly established as the Marina Restaurants Head Chef Luke likes nothing more than a busy service and the challenges that this presents so come along and enjoy Lukes great food.
All our produce is locally sourced, especially the seafood, as it is right on our doorstep!
